Operational Risk Management Manager

A known audit firm based in Makati is looking for a Operational Risk Management Manager. Responsibilities include analyzing operations and identifying risks that may arise from internal challenges, mismanagement, and breakdowns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Management, and Business
• Preferably with MBA or Masters Degree in Finance
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of extensive background on analyzing operations and identifying risks.
• Can develop a strategic plan to prevent, eliminate, and mitigate operational risks.
• Can handle a team and coach, motivate, and develop his/her team members.
