Project Manager

Job De ion:
The project manager will ensure that transformation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. He/she will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors in order to achieve desired outcomes and complete project implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed project plan using appropriate project management tools and identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans.
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
Refine project scopes and objectives, ensuring feasibility.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Business Transformation Head or appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources/vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in business or IT projects.
Ability to lead project teams of various s and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Excellent oral communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
Preferably has understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
