React Developer

As a Mid Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business objectives. Specific Duties and Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Laravel.
* Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
* Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct performance tuning, and implement fixes as necessary.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
* Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.    Competence, Skills and other Requirements   * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on web development.
* Extensive experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and Laravel.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
* Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
* Experience working with AWS services/environment is preferred.
