Responsibilities:
Manage and Develop the Service Delivery Operations team.
• Responsible for career management of service delivery operations staff (e.g., training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning and annual performance process)
Manage Solution Delivery
- Ensure execution of delivery work across one or more service delivery operations
- Drive optimization of delivery of standard solutions within an area(s) of expertise
Manage Contract Operational and Financial Commitments
- Manage and reduce costs on standard offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, and subcontractors (where required)
- Manage recruiting, staffing, pyramid mix, utilization, cost-to-serve, and capacity of staff to optimize the balance between cost and delivery targets.
Participate in solution design processes.
- May lead or support the design of new offerings or services for industry/functional/technical areas
- May review and validate specific solution configuration/deal shaping, to ensure delivery capability will achieve client expectations. Work with delivery leadership to sign off on the solutions.
Work with Delivery Account Management Leaders and Commercial Directors to proactively
- Address performance issues across the service delivery operations, create an operational approach and implement continuous improvement
- Manage supply and demand, service quality, and processes to meet delivery expectations
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Standard Delivery Ops Manager role, no domain
- 8 to 12 years of work experience; with 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience
- Preferred financial background
