Stakeholder Management

• Engage stakeholders to understand their data flows and reporting needs.
  
• Respond promptly to the business' BI tickets, collaborating with stakeholders to identify root problems and gather key requirements.
  
• Obtain stakeholder sign-off on ticket/project scope.
  
• Communicate and present updates and progress to stakeholders.
  
• Train and support stakeholders in using BI tools and interpreting data visualizations.
  

Project Management/Scoping

• Manage, clean, and organize tickets.
  
• Document project/problem requirements.
  
• Provide analytical expertise on moderately complex analytical reports/visualizations for submission to clients/leadership team.
  

Insights & Analysis

• Create global BI reports, visualizations, and develop insights for business consumption.
  
• Generate business insight decks and conduct business analysis.
  
• Perform data quality assurance checks against source data.
  
• Provide key commentary as needed and assist the business in determining key insights/analysis.
  

Requirements

Pilot Success with Strategic Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Management.
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, JIRA, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  
• Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
  
• Comfortable delivering commentary and key insights during presentations.
  
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Skilled in working across different functions and meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficient in problem identification and resolution.
  
• Familiarity with scoping and requirements gathering processes.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
  
• Previous experience in the IT industry preferred.
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to enhance efficiency.
  
• Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams to develop requirements and interpret data effectively.
