About The Role:

We're currently seeking dedicated .Net Developers who are enthusiastic about leveraging their expertise in .Net technologies to support businesses in Australia. This opportunity allows for remote work, and we're particularly interested in hearing from .Net Developers based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, define technical specifications, and develop innovative solutions.
  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and propose improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.
  
• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Proven experience (3+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior level) in software development using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
  
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
