3. Experience Level: Mid–Senior Level ( 3 –5+ Years )
4. Work Schedule: 5.5 Days / Week (Saturday Off)
5. Working Hours: 9 Hours / Day ( Including 1 Hour Unpaid Break )
6. Collaboration Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( UTC / GMT +8 )
7. Salary: USD $2,000 – $2,500 / month
8. Reports To: Founder
9. Location: Anywhere in the Philippines ( Remote )

What You'll Do

As our Operations Manager, you'll become the operational backbone of MYTISQ. You'll ensure our teams stay aligned, projects move efficiently, and internal systems continue improving as we grow.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
2. Building, improving, and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
3. Tracking KPIs, team performance, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
4. Coordinating with Sales, Project Management, and Delivery teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
5. Supporting strategic planning and company growth alongside the Founder.
6. Helping build a high-performance remote culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply manage operations—but continuously improves them.

You should have:

Experience

1. 3 – 5+ years in Operations Management, Business Operations, or Project Operations.
2. Experience working in startups, digital agencies, SaaS, or technology companies.
3. A proven record of building scalable operational systems and improving business processes.
4. Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership.

Skills

1. Strong knowledge of operations, workflow optimization, KPI management, and reporting.
2. Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Zoho, Jira, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
