We are seeking a skilled PowerShell Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline system administration tasks and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell scripting, automation, and system administration, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline system administration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
• Optimize existing PowerShell scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug PowerShell scripts to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Implement best practices for PowerShell scripting, version control, and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest PowerShell features, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of PowerShell-based infrastructure automation solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PowerShell Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and system administration concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., PowerShell Desired State Configuration).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional, but a plus).
• Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and cloud automation tools.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
