LEARNINGLITZ, INC. , the franchisee of the renowned Berlitz brand in the Philippines, is currently hiring a Sales Associate . As a leading language training center, LearningLitz offers a comprehensive selection of language and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses. 

Sales Associate/Program Consultant

The Sales Associate ensures the achievement of the company’s sales targets through direct product engagement. The Sales Associate also covers all aspects of sales such as sales strategy, production presentation, contracts management and sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Outstanding English communication skills
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but those with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent client relations skills
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Exhibits positive attitude and motivation
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Applications
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• Willing to work in Makati
• Can work from home
• Immediate availability is preferred

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Takes initiatives in customer retention and satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Achieves monthly sales goals and contributes to maximum sales development
• Conducts prospect end-user sales interviews, and presents appropriate Berlitz solution
• Provides prospective clients with contracts and program proposals, and other information, as needed
• Develops solid working relationships and collaborates with other Berlitz business units to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities
• Completes sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end-user interview, and sales leads

Schedule :
