Job Description - Senior Web Developer

Job Summary The Senior Web Developer (WordPress) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites that meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of web development technologies and have a proven track record of developing high-quality websites using WordPress. Job Details

Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
Create and maintain website content using WordPress CMS.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of website design, functionality, and content.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Develop server-side applications using PHP, Python, or Ruby.
Manage code changes using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Test and debug code to ensure that it works as intended.
Ensure website security and implement web security best practices to protect against attacks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during website development and maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years' experience in web development.
Proven experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio of websites developed using WordPress.
Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or Django is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Jest.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills.
Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
