Gathers and analyzes store data for accurate manpower, equipment capacity, layout, and business/store process standards resulting in an optimized business model.
Designs and implements effective store management systems resulting in a high level of management team’s efficiency.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective store planning and tools that will optimize the use of raw materials, store equipment, facilities, and other resources of stores.
Designs and implements efficient service systems (POS and Kitchen) that will ensure delivery of products to the customers at the right quality, quantity, and time.

Qualifications:Education:
-Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (or at least BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management)
Experience:
-At least 2 years experience in process improvement/development or restaurant systems.
Skill/Other Requirements;
Must be Microsoft Office proficient
Must be willing to undergo field works (different sites)
