Sales and Marketing Staff Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform the marketing tasks such as but not limited to call the clients within NCR or nationwide

· Generate new leads at least 4-5 every month

· Send company profiles to the prospective clients/lead

· Provide sales and marketing support to clients depending on their needs

· Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients

· Use and handle social media platforms to introduce our company, study marketing awareness, make sales and retain the clients

· Manage efficiently the proposal, timelines and budget for marketing campaigns

· Help determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

· Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

· Develop relationships with our clients to better understand their needs and meet their expectations 

Salary: Minimum wage plus 5% Incentives from the Sales Target for the Month
