Job Description - Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet targets
    • Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for senior management
    • Utilize tools to track customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and partners
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns
    • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Training and Development
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide the team effectively

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of sales analytic tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Result-oriented and strategic thinker
