Purpose: The Search Engine Optimization identifies strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. Responsible for generating more leads for the business to open new opportunities for driving growth and profit. This role plays a crucial part in driving digital marketing efforts and ensuring the website meets SEO best practices Duties and Responsibilities: Create and implement thorough SEO plans and tactics. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords for website optimization Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings Develop a strong backlink profile from relevant websites to improve domain authority Monitor website traffic and analytics to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaign Keep updated of the most recent SEO trends and algorithms Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing goals Provide regular reports on SEO performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and make strategic recommendations Keep an eye on underperforming keywords Create fresh content for Google to crawl Run page speed tests frequently Qualifications/ Requirements of the job: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in keyword research, backlink analysis and technical SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and/or similar. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communications skills in both written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven mindset and analytical approach.
