Senior RPA Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional the role of RPA Senior Developer. This position requires a candidate with strong technical expertise in RPA development along with the ability to understand and analyze business processes. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions while also collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

RPA Development

• Design, configure, and test automation workflows to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.

Technical Documentation

• Solution Design Document (SDD), Implementation Guide, and Handbooks.
• Document business processes, workflow diagrams, and system integrations.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing SIT and UAT support to customer of RPA solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute test plans.

Process Improvement

• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities through automation and optimization.
• Follow best practices and optimize the process efficiency.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

• Provide training and support to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA developer with good development expertise.
• Strong knowledge of RPA tool UiPath using RE-Framework and Orchestrator.
• Strong in Bot configurations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in RPA tools are a plus.
