SEO Specialist
We are looking for a full-time, in-house SEO specialist with 3+ years hands-on experience to
manage our ecommerce website's all search engine optimization activities.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including all technical SEO and nontechnical
SEO tasks related to both on-page and off-page SEO such as content strategy, increase
qualitative backlinks, keyword/search term strategy, monitoring search console, SEO-based
content optimization to improve ranking, Domain Authority, and increase organic traffic.
Responsibilities
. Optimizing website copy and landing pages for SEO purposes
. Performing keyword optimization as well as ongoing keyword discovery and expansion
. Researching and implementing SEO recommendations for content optimization
. Identifying key SEO KPIs
. Recommending changes to the website's layout, architecture, linking, content and other
similar factors for improving SEO positions of target keywords
. Identifying SEO related problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely
manner
. Working with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best
practices
. Staying up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
. Researching and analyzing competitors' advert links
. Developing and implementing effective link building strategies for both internal and
external links
. Optimizing Technical SEO (Security, site speed, canonical URLs, indexation, UX,
Accessibility, Schema, lazy loading, etc.)
. Optimizing On-page SEO (Content quality, keywords, images, internal links, external
links, meta data, URL, etc.)
. Optimizing Off-page SEO (backlinks, guest posting, listings, social signals and PR, etc.)
. Optimizing rich snippets
. Optimizing image quality, meta data, compression and dimensions
. Managing the blog and guiding content writers for new articles with keywords and
content briefs.
. Produce SEO reports for management
. Must follow seo trends and new updates. Must implement those changes asap.
Requirements
. At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field
. 3+ years experience as an SEO Specialist
. Experience with a content management system (e.g., Shopify)
. Experience with online analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
. Experience with multivariate experiments and A/B testing
. Experience with Semrush, Moz and other related SEO softwares.
. Sound understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS development as well as constraints
. Sound understating of search engine algorithms as well as ranking factors
. Familiarity with best SEO best practices and latest trends
. Proficiency in English
. Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
