What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Software development background
• End to End SDLC development and delivery experience on ServiceNow.
• Development in ServiceNow experience across a range of the following domains – ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, SPM, CSM, Mobile, Employee Centre.
• ServiceNow Administration and Configuration skills
• ServiceNow development skills (including JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, SOAP, Web services & PowerShell
• Knowledge of the ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, Sec Ops, GRC, RPA, HRSD & the Now Platform Foundations
• Sound understanding of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.

What will you do?

• Provide technical design, development, administration, and support for ServiceNow.
• Configure/Code ServiceNow applications based on business requirements to facilitate rollout of new functionality, interfaces, modules and other items such as UI and Workflow configuration.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators/developers to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
• Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow applications are implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations.
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
• Gathering and documenting user functional requirements, process requirements, and developing technical requirements.
• Work closely with other business functions and technology teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.
