Job Title:

Shopify Associate

Role Description:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of Shopify stores, including theme selection, customization, and app integration.
• Upload and organize product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the design team to customize Shopify themes and create visually appealing storefronts that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory and product variants, including updating stock levels, creating discounts, and managing product collections.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, using Shopify analytics and other tools.
• Assist in implementing new apps into Shopify and launching new initiatives on the platform.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Shopify stores, addressing technical issues, user inquiries, and order management tasks.
• Stay informed about Shopify platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure stores are optimized for performance and security.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of Shopify store strategies with overall business objectives.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with Shopify , including store setup, product management, and theme customization.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices, including website usability, conversion optimization, and SEO .
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms , is preferred.
• Passion for e-commerce and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.

Working Hours:

Night shift, Tuesday - Saturday (12AM-9AM)
