Specialist - Process, Strategy and Asset Management

• Assist the manager in developing and updating the asset management policy that clearly defines the outputs to be achieved from asset management
• Responsible for leading the creation and update of the Capital Project Management Strategy and Asset Maintenance Strategy.
• Assist the manager in the development of policies in alignment to the strategic objectives of asset management, achieving governance standards across business functions.
• Partners with Business Units to define KPIs to monitor performance in adherence to policies and processes put in place.
• Prepares progress reports and updates for Manager to tracks progress for reporting to the Business Unit Heads and to Steerco
• Assists in making updates to plans as supervised by the Manager.
• Assists in maintaining PV AT Policies & Processes and make updates where necessary
• Supports in governing and tracking of compliance during rollout to ensure processes are adhered to
• Participates in key discussions regarding matters pertaining to the PV AT rollout amongst Business Units and key stakeholders.
• Aligns with respective teams as supervised by the Manager to ensure that effective project control, risk management and processes are maintained in accordance to the plans

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of work experience in project management preferably with experience in Network Projects, Information Technology, Or Digital Business Projects.
