Today, we provide services to Future 10 Health plan companies and Healthcare providers. BroadPath essential business functions include customer experience, sales, and back-office operations. 

Overview:

Broadpath is immediately hiring a  Supervisor to remotely from home. Our  Supervisors will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our provider service analyst handling outbound interactions. This position coordinates and is accountable for business support to the team. The supervisor supports hiring, managing and development for employees and proactively monitors individual and team performance by providing frequent, ongoing feedback and coaching. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of provider enrollment analyst 
• Ensures weekly and monthly quotas and other production commitments are meet
• Developing performance goals collaboratively with their direct reports
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Provides assistance, guidance, and coaching support as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
• Assist workforce management in developing and managing schedules

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience as a call center supervisor
• Experience managing employee performance including coaching to call center metrics
• Experience with support channels including telephone, email, and chat
• Position requires strong computer literacy (Microsoft windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
• Knowledge of provider enrollment workload definitions, enrollment terminology, enrollment forms,  and basic regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download|10mbps upload speeds

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in healthcare

Candidate will be responsible for providing:

• Responsible for providing your own 19" monitor or larger with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
• Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download|10mbps upload speeds
