Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
The main accountability of a Training Manager is to assess and identify the training and development needs of the organization through designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies and procedures.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with department heads
- Design, plan, develop and implement training programs
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods and manage the training budget
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Create training manuals, conduct training sessions, and assess training effectiveness
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Drive brand values through all training and development activities
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management
III. Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or any related course
- 4-5 years experience as an HR Manager focused on Training and Development
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies
- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams and manage complexity in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with all levels of the organization
- With excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
