Job Description - Transformation Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Own and manage a business plan across operations, marketing, statistics & business intelligence, human resources, project management, technology, and finance
The primary purpose of this role is to support the effective and efficient delivery of each assigned project, produce high-quality business processes and data analysis and contribute to the design and development of complex business models and solutions
Lead problem solving, develop opportunities for businesses, and convincingly present recommendation
Contribute to all levels of stakeholder engagement and support with expectation setting.
Educational Attainment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or any related course Preferably Industrial Engineering
Certified Industrial Engineer and/or a Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) Certified with three (3) projects completed would be an advantage
Experience And Training
Experience in large scale organizational change efforts
3 to 5 years of experience in process monitoring and evaluation, process improvement, and leading multiple teams/workstreams
Knowledge and background in project management
Skills And Requirements
Ability to build relationships with and influence all levels within an organization
Ability to handle a multitasking environment, meet deadlines and work with a wide range of sensitive & confidential issues
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and accomplish a task with minimum supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills.
