Vice President for Technology

Management (Information & Communication Technology)

Alongside and in support of the ICT Division President, the Vice President For ICT Division shall be responsible for contributing and providing overall strategic leadership and management in the different Member Companies under the Division, which shall include the planning, implementation and control of all business development, operations and financial strategies.

He/she shall set business directions, optimize operational performance & efficiencies, and develop leadership talents within the Division and across its Member Companies.

What will be your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates and partners with the Division President regarding productivity and efficiency of operations, overall management, and growth of the businesses in the Division. 

2. Directs and coordinates the formulation of strategies to sustain business operations, maximize return on investments, and meet profitability growth and objectives

3. Identifies marketing/sales/business development opportunities to further meet the budget and other operational targets.

4. Ensures alignment of of business strategies with the Business Unit’s (BU) directions and initiatives

5. Drives and monitors the business operations of member companies, and spearheads initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity 

6. Reviews and controls operational activities to ensure achievement of key result areas (KRAs)

7. Manages company resources prudently, ensuring that these are maximized in achieving business goals

8. Reviews and analyzes operational and financial reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, and revises objectives and action plans in accordance with current business conditions

9. Directs and coordinates financial/budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency

You are a Potential Fit if:

• You are a graduate of Information Technology, or any 4-year Management or Business, Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Management is an advantage
• + 8 years relevant industry experience gained from a company with similar/diverse businesses
• Must have excellent skills and experience in Business Development, Client Management, Business Negotiations, Sales/Marketing, Financial Planning in related industry
• Has handled major business projects, programs or initiatives geared towards revenue growth, and the development and execution of business/sales/market plans
• Have successful track record in working with an Executive Committee/Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate relationships, including persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals or groups
