JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WEB DEVELOPER We are looking for an innovative Web Developer to join our US client team. The responsibilities of a Web Developer include assisting with website builds, implementing new design features, and working to ensure that the underlying structure of a client’s website is correct. The Web Developer will assist the senior developers with all aspects of website application design, from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function. The successful Candidate will help build the Client’s best practice process to streamline his workflow and systematize the business. As a Web Developer: -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
-Minimum 2 years of work experience in web development/programming or similar industry is strongly preferred.
-Experience in SQL is required.
-Strong communication and written skills.
-Strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
-Extensive understanding of web design and development principles.
-In-depth knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools.
-Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development.
-Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
-Basic knowledge of Search Engine optimization process.
-Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.

-Strong conceptual thinking, resourceful, diligent, and has keen attention to details. Your Responsibilities as a Web Developer would be: -Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

-Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
-Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
-Create and maintain software documentation.
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling website.
-Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
-Cooperate with web designers to match visual, design intent.
-Assist the web development team with all aspects of website and application design.
-Assist with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications.
-Brainstorm new tech applications such as digital storage and mobile technology.
-Collaborate with developers to implement new web features.
