Location: Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Ave, Pasig(Hybrid)
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years experience in IT Project Management
- Candidate must be willing to travel
Must have experience on any of the following:
- Digital Front Door (DFD) / Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) PM – strong experience in applications delivery (web apps, mobile apps, etc.) preferably with experience in Integration Platform as a Service (iPaas) / middleware-related projects (i.e. implementing Mulesoft, APIGEE & Boomi).
- Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) PM - Preferably with Data Warehousing / Data Analytics PM experience (i.e. implementing Azure Data services for data integration, data warehouse, data management, data analytics, etc.)
- Hospital Information System – Electronic Medical Record (HIS-EMR) PM - Preferably with experience in implementing HIS-EMR solutions (like IQVIA Arcus Air & Bizbox (local HIS player))
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Develop a budget and cost estimates for the project.
Team Coordination:
- Assemble project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team members.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and software/hardware.
- Ensure resources are utilized efficiently to meet project goals.
Project Execution:
- Manage the overall timeline, scope, and budget of the assigned projects to ensure project allocations of resource and budget and to avoid conflict on schedule and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Track and report on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present the Project Status of IT Projects to Senior Management and to the ExCo and Board as needed.
- Regularly communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including sponsors, clients, and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and conform to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct quality assurance checks.
Change Management:
- Manage scope changes and assess their impact on the project timeline and budget.
- Document and gain approval for changes from relevant stakeholders.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and issue logs.
- Ensure all project-related information is accessible and organized
