Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service)
- Responsible for day to day inbound activities related to shipments coming from Overseas Legal Manufacturers
- Responsible in providing validation and data regarding delivery discrepancies, damages, and other problems encountered during receiving of shipments.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of stocks from product description, batch/lot number down to ED and in accordance with the receiving SOPs.
- Ensures that all stock shipments received in the warehouse are properly and completely documented.
- Ensures item maintenance is correct, actual item matches with system maintained barcode number or EAN, dimension/packing
- Ensures that warehouse commitment on lead-time regarding goods receiving posting and putaway is met. Maintain appropriate level of consumable stocks.
- Warehousing/Safekeeping of inventory
- Coordinator for all concerns related to warehousing/inbound operations.
- Responsible in location transfers related to bin location transfers and maintaining warehouse locations (Ex. NEX, Returns, Damaged)
- Leads the inventory stock taking activity in KSEPI
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions of warehouse supplies, packaging materials needed
Import
- Ensures correct Customs Duty & Taxes classification and declarations of all Shipments
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed accurate and on time
- Maintains a database for traceability of all Imported Shipments for regular monitoring & follow through
- Pro-actively coordinates with the broker on the status of shipments with visibility based on schedule and arrival at destination.
- Leads the annual BOC AMO Import & Export License Renewal for KSEPI

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally candidates possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics
- Agile, able to coordinate and work across different departments
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient with applicable database and compliance software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or required software.
