Job Description
Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for conducting data analyses and communicating results to project stakeholders for all BAU related . The Data and Insights Sr Specialist will report directly to the Data Insights manager and is expected to assist and or co-manage in delivering project objectives and derives insights by structuring large set of data for our business leaders to make informed decisions.
Key Job Functions:
- Develop and implement data collection and data analytics processes
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical tools and provide ongoing reports
- Turn data into actionable insights providing a better understanding of the gaps within the business. Manage the post-activity reports and in-depth performance evaluation to determine how existing decisioning rules can be enhanced to drive increased business benefits
- Collaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams by conducting qualitative discovery exercises such as interviews, focus groups, observations,process mapping, and review of metrics.
- Lead the project team members to successfully complete all phases of a data analysis project, including but not limited to: Planning, Data Collection, Data Cleansing, Analysis, and Recommending Solutions
- Consult with Concentrix business leaders and other stakeholders on business operations and performance initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
Candidate Profile/ Skills Required
- 3-5 years of consulting or analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant experience in data science or business analytics, big data, machine learning in the BPO or a fast-paced industry
- Demonstrated ability to extract business insights and trends from large, complex and ambiguous datasets and come up with impactful recommendations to drive improvements in the business.
- Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Excellent data storytelling skills
- Ability to effectively present information to senior-level executives
- Superior stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
