Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Business Analyst to join our dynamic CVoC team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in translating complex business requirements into actionable insights by analyzing and interpreting data. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and technical proficiency to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities Data Analysis: · Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends. · Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to provide valuable insights. Business Intelligence: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and goals. · Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Data Management: · Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and validation processes. · Identify and address data quality issues, collaborating with IT and other relevant departments. Predictive Modelling: · Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business trends and outcomes. · Evaluate model performance and refine methodologies to enhance predictive accuracy. Requirements Gathering: · Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for data analysis and reporting. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Strategic Planning: · Assist in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. · Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance analytical capabilities. Experience and Qualifications 1. Minimum 2 years working as Data Analyst, QA / CE Analyst or Process Excellence / Transformation specialist in BPO / non-BPO background 2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering actionable insights. 3. Proficiency in data analysis intelligence tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc). 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 5. Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts. Location:
