Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Under the guidance of our People & Culture team, you will assist in day-to-day HR operations and projects, contributing to the success of our organization while developing valuable skills and knowledge in the field.
Duties Responsibilities:
. Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing personnel files.
. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating new employee orientations, and monitoring of pre-employment requirements.
. Contribute to employee programs and initiatives, including planning and organizing activities, events, and presentations.
. Assist in benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment processing and updating benefit information.
. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the People and Culture team.
Qualifications:
. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
