Location: Gzira, Malta Company description: Our collaborator is a well-known company in the Maltese market operating in the i-Gaming field. It deals with live sport bets, casinos and different virtual games, all authorized by the Authority of Malta. This experience will be a great boost for your CV, you will work within an Italian speaking office and you will learn more about the I-gaming world. On successful completion of 6 months interniship, there is the possibility you will be offered a full time job. Would you be willing to move to Sunny Malta POSITION1 CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNSHIP POSITION: Duties and responsibilities:
Learning, through proper training, good knowledge and use of the tools used for the different services, including the specific poker functions and various online games.
Dealing with customer relations and questions with regard to the use of the services (functions and techniques).Being flexible to collaborate with other departments: Payments & Fraud, Finance, etc..
Being flexible to work on rotating shifts in order to manage the daily workload of customer service.
Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English. Other European languages are plus. Salary: 450 Euros / month Working Hours: 40 hours per week/ on shifts; Willingness to work shifts and holidays Duration: minimum 6 Months Other Requirements:
Degree: Language/ Marketing/Communication.
Great interest in the world of I-gaming (betting, poker, casino, online games) or willingness to learn.
Experience in the field is not required.
Good knowledge of the Office Package.

POSITION2 WEB DEVELOPER INTERNSHIP POSITION: Duties and responsibilities: The Web Developer Intern is responsible for contributing in all phases of the development cycle. Successful applicants will receive hands-on experience working directly with senior-level representatives. Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian. Other European languages are a plus. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Duration: 6 months Other Requirements:
Will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
Knowledge or experience in PHP, JavaScript HTML ,CSS, MySql.
Must be well organized and have attention to details.
Must be able to succeed in a dynamic and young team environment.
