• Focusing on Ovens and BMP ME   Area, Tool Shop and FA Area, the responsibilities include maintenance of   cleanliness inside Tool Shop, sorting of production tooling, providing   inventory list of assembly tooling used in production, printing out of weekly   result and preparation of necessary documents, as well as   following-up/support of Manufacturing Engineering action items related to 5S   Audits.
• Preparation and print-out of Daily   Checklist to be used every month, revision of necessary Daily Checklist that   have changes, and scanning and saving of the Checklist every month.
• Providing inventory list/update in Guhring,   pull-out of tools from Production that are due for calibration, and   endorsement of tools to production after calibration.
• Measuring ESD on each production line   (Ovens - 4 lines, BMP- 13 lines) and support Manufacturing Engineering on   PMB and ACF replacement.
• Consolidation of Blue book requirements   (printing, sorting, posting on production lines)
