Job Description - Community Operations Intern

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Community Operations Intern to help onboard and support new users on Kumu. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during live sessions, guiding users on how to top-up and earn, and encouraging participation in social games. If you’re people-oriented, love fast-paced digital communities, and want hands-on experience in platform operations and user engagement, this role is for you!

🎯 What you’ll do:

Onboard new users and teach them how to top-up and earn on Kumu

Convert users into social game participants

Keep the game room slots active and fun

Prioritize users who are on-cam and engaged

Manage the vibe: drop lucky gifts, play social games, and kick inactive users (off-cam or not gifting)

Be the go-to support: answer questions about top-ups, withdrawals, and how everything works

Run the messenger group for new users and encourage them to join the live

Take and share jackpot screenshots in our Facebook group to keep the hype alive
