Contract Support Specialist (7-Month Contract)


Location: Manila, Philippines


Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | On-site or Hybrid (depending on client setup)


Industry: Global Information Services / Sales Operations Support

We are currently seeking a Contract Support Specialist for a 7-month contract role with a leading multinational organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals based in Manila who are looking to build a career in sales operations, contract administration, or business support within a global corporate environment.

Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Manila will be considered for this role.



About the Role



As a Contract Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of client contracts and supporting internal sales teams. You will be responsible for managing contract data with high accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance across all contract-related activities.






Requirements

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with contract entry, updates, and administrative processing for new sales and renewals.


  • Ensure commercial proposals and contracts are accurate and processed within deadlines


  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and order management teams to resolve queries and issues


  • Manage data related to client subscriptions, pricing, and contract terms


  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements


  • Resolve errors and inconsistencies in contract documents and customer records


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Administration, or related field preferred)


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


  • High attention to detail and accuracy


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or shared services is an advantage.


  • Open to fresh graduates with strong academic or internship experience.
