Data Analyst Intern

This is not a typical internship. It’s a full-time, paid role designed for recent graduates and career shifters who are ready to dive into data analytics, support live projects, and grow into a long-term contributor on our team.

MSPbots is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered bots and automation tools designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) become more efficient, productive, and profitable. We’re on a mission to eliminate manual processes and repetitive tasks by leveraging data, automation, and business intelligence.

Location: Remote, with occasional once-a-month on-site setup

Schedule: Midshift | 4 AM–1 PM CDT / 5 PM–2 AM PHT, Rest Days every Saturday & Sunday

Duration: 6 months (with opportunity for full-time employment)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn and understand the structure and mission of the Migrations team


• Assist in writing basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data


• Replicate dashboards, widgets, and reports for operational use


• Shadow team members to gain insight into day-to-day tasks


• Handle various job-related tasks to support team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Basic SQL knowledge is a required skill, and applicants are expected to feel comfortable applying it in practice


• Has genuine interest in data analysis


• Recent college graduates or career shifters (This is not a school-accredited internship)


• Passionate about technology, with strong curiosity and initiative


• Good communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to coordinate across teams and departments


• Proficient in basic computer tools and self-motivated


• Must have own WFH setup (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, wired internet)
