A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The intern will play an important role in recording accounting transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting the issuance of manual documents such as sales invoices and receipts.

This internship is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure to real-world accounting processes and internal controls, with an opportunity to learn the cycle of bookkeeping and financial documentation within a corporate setting.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Record all financial transactions (e.g. expenses, revenues, general ledger entries) in the physical accounting book in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Support the finance team in the issuance and tracking of manual documents and reports including, but not limited to, sales invoices, official receipts, and etc.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including handling ad hoc tasks, data entry, and preparing summary reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the supervisors / managers.

• Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
