HR Employer Branding Intern

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:​

• Participate in the development, ideation, and execution of employer branding strategies and activations to attract and engage top talent and strengthen internal workplace culture.

• Create and design digital content, including social media posts and graphics, that reflects the company’s brand identity and employer value proposition.

• Write and edit engaging content for various platforms, such as the company website, newsletters, and blogs.

• Support project management efforts by coordinating branding campaigns and events and tracking their impact and success.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promoting the company culture and values.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in project management and a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
