As an HR Intern at Stratpoint, you will immerse yourself in the essential frameworks that drive our HR team. Your role will be crucial in generating and refining innovative ideas, deepening your understanding of our practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR


• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers


• Participate in organizing company events


• Other HR-related duties that may be assigned

About YOU

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.


• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Can report onsite, as needed.


• Can report in Boni, Mandaluyong for twice to thrice a week


• Can commit to work for a minimum of 400 hours

Preferred qualification:

• Currently in your graduating year of study (for possible absorption)
