Human Resource OJT/Intern

HR OJTJob Responsibilities:-Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions-Job Posting-Screen resumes and application forms-Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates-Conducts Phone Interviews-Set an Interview schedules with the Lead-Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead-Prepare HR-related reports as needed-Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead-Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment-Orient new onboard interns- Creates e-banners (if needed)Requirements:-Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar field-Familiarity with MS Office and With Laptop-Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting-Basic knowledge of labor legislation-Excellent communication skills-Organizational skills-Willing to have OJT work fully on site-With laptopJob Type: OJT (On the job training)Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: Php2,000.00
