Job Description - Human Resources Intern (Required Internship Only)

The part you will play


We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who will be an active contributor to our People Operations team. This role will report directly to our People Operations Specialist and will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, supporting daily operations and ongoing initiatives.



As an HR Intern, you will take charge of



  • Assisting in preparing orientation materials and schedules for new employees

  • Helping maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality

  • Supporting the resolution of employee queries and concerns

  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events

  • Assisting in maintaining and updating HR 201 files and database

  • Assisting in the preparation of HR-related reports and documents as needed

  • Assisting in coordinating training sessions and workshops

  • Participating in the development of training materials

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department

  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned



What we are looking for - the ideal profile



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other related fields, with an internship requirement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
