• You will be empowered to support the Category and Commercial Management Team in foodpanda Philippines

• The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the fresh & frozen category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:

  • Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy

  • Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.

  • Engaging with external stakeholders: meeting suppliers and onboarding new suppliers for PandaMart

  • Category profitability & Growth: Plan; deliver on growth (Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams

• Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion

• Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing

• Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability and managing wastage

• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor

• Pursuing graduation in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or equivalent

• Proficiency in using MS and Google applications, and relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an advantage

• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Good analytical and research capabilities.

• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.

• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.

• Internship must be an academic requirement
