• Data organization, filing, and encoding
• Handle lead sourcing, interviewing and recruiting internship candidates, talent mapping
• Assist the department with events organization
• Lead onboarding sessions and ensure smooth stakeholder management
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

• Must be an academic requirement
• Preferably 300 hours or more, willing to go on site 2-3 times a week
• Studying Psychology, Human Resources and other related areas
• Knowledgeable in Google Suites, MS Office
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Smart Recruiters and LinkedIn
• Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
• Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
