BCM One, a global telecommunications company, is offering an exciting mentorship program that will be based our of our Bacolod office.  This is a great opportunity to learn from global industry experts and gain valuable insights into key business and financial operations. 

The Apprentice (Intern) program will span 6 months, where you will rotate through various positions in the organization. These positions could include: technical support, billing, customer support and porting. Each rotation will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.  

Work Locations: 

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines.  We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days.  This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.

Hours: 

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local

What You Will Do:

Billing: 

• Help manage customer billing processes and ensure accuracy. 


• Support the resolution of billing inquiries and disputes. 


• Enter and review data for accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 
  

Technical and Customer Support:

• Gain hands-on experience with telecom products and services, developing the skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.


• Collaborate with senior team members to manage customer accounts, document interactions, and ensure accurate entry of customer information into CRM systems.


• Oversee the lifecycle of service tickets, ensuring accurate categorization, prioritization, and timely updates to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).


• Assign and track tickets across technical teams, maintaining clear communication to ensure efficient resolution and adherence to escalation protocols.


• Generate and analyze ticket reports to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for process improvement within support operations.

Porting: 

• Supported the end-to-end process of number porting, including validating customer information, submitting porting requests, and troubleshooting rejections to ensure seamless service transitions.


• Assisted in refining porting workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions, contributing to faster turnaround times and improved customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need:

• Recent Bachelor's degree graduates through 1 year or less of post-graduate working experience.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
