Your Role:
As an IT Support Intern, you will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s IT systems, support internal staff with technical issues, and help implement automation and IT processes that ensure smooth operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in IT support within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to team members for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining company devices, accounts, and remote work tools.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, system errors, and IT requests.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support software updates, system backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Help implement automation processes using Make (formerly Integromat).
• Assist in monitoring and managing tools such as Postman, Chrome Dev Tools, Twilio, DBeaver (MySQL/Postgres), Microsoft Admin Center, Microsoft Office 365 (OneNote, Teams, OneDrive), and Chargebee.
• Support ad hoc IT projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, remote collaboration platforms, and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Basic Google Cloud Platform knowledge.
• Troubleshooting experience with both Windows and MacOS.
• Experience in implementing or maintaining automation workflows.
