Learning and Development Intern/OJT

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning and Development Student Intern/OJT to assist with content review, editing, and basic instructional design tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in e-learning development and instructional media, ideal for students pursuing degrees in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Education, or Educational Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit digital course content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.


• Assist in structuring and formatting instructional materials.


• Support the development of multimedia elements for e-learning modules.


• Collaborate with the instructional design team to refine learning objectives and assessments.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions for course content enhancement.
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a BA Communication, BS Multimedia Arts, BS Education, or Educational Technology program.


• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.


• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.


• Familiarity with content creation or e-learning tools is a plus.


• Interest in instructional design, e-learning, and digital user experience.
