Legal Research/ Data Entry Intern

Position OverviewAs a contributor in the Business Development Team, the Data Entry / Legal Management Intern will work on varying tasks ranging from assisting in operations delivery, preparing contracts, reviewing and suggesting edits in the contracts, etc. The chosen candidate must be comfortable in doing regular data entry, contract review.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Read and understand circulars, regulations from the central banks in Europe or as provided to Payreto.- Transform articles and clauses from circulars or other legal documentation to enumerated sections in Excel.- Quality check peers’ work and see if there are any potential- Support Business Development team in all contract preparations.- Support Business Development team in reviewing all contracts and checking consistencies among the available contracts of Payreto.- Doing tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
