Marketing and Communications Intern

Responsibilities

Job Overview: The Marketing & Communications Intern will support the Deployed Marketing team by producing content for social media, assisting with internal campaigns, and contributing to event coverage and communications materials. The role also involves supporting the internal ambassadorship campaign and helping develop candidate\-focused content such as newsletters and marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing & Communications Team with daily tasks, including planning and creating recruitment and employer branding content. Support ongoing social media content series by helping maintain content continuity and engagement. Help coordinate and publish internal announcements and support employee engagement activities as needed. Contribute creative content ideas that strengthen brand presence and encourage employee participation. Support internal event promotions by preparing creative materials and producing social media coverage and written recaps. Assist with newsletter and email marketing content, including writing short articles and supporting newsletter materials.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications/journalism, marketing, advertising, or PR). Knowledgeable in copywriting, whether through school publications, coursework projects, organizational projects, or related activities. Strong interest in learning about marketing and communications in general; energetic and eager to take on new projects and ideas. Strong organization and attention to detail. Must have a keen interest in social media with a flair for art and creative executions (Extra points if they have a TikTok account). High level of responsibility and commitment

• Work Setup: On\-site


• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm fixed start time, should complete nine (9) hours work
