Marketing Intern

The Marketing OJT responsibilities include more than planning and coordinating staff training. Depending on the size and needs of the company, a Marketing Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities:1. Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all training and maintain training records for the company.2. Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.3. Coordinates with the Trainors regarding on the Training schedules4. Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings5. Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.6. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.7. Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.8. Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings9. Leads and updates the development and enhancement of Company's course curriculum10. Develop proposals for appropriate pricing and good PNL results.11. Leads, Drives and motivates the Telemarketing team and all related staff and functions12. Maintains and enforce the procedures manuals on Public Trainings13. Maintains any confidential materials and Information (ex: coursewares, speakers etc.)14. Should not be involved on any organization/businesses that directly/indirectly compete with PASIA's training services for 5 yrs15. Proper collection, handling and reporting of payments, exams and certifications etcQualifications:- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other courses and must have good to excellent communication skills- Graduating Students are welcome to apply- Willing to work on site in Makati City- With own laptopJob Types: OJT (On the job training), Full-timeContract length: 3 monthsSalary: Php2,000.00 - Php5,000.00 per monthBenefits:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
