GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the world today.

About the role

At GoTyme Bank, we don’t just take interns — we build Rookies.

Our Marketing Rookie Program is designed for students who want real exposure to brand building, product marketing, and campaign execution inside one of the country’s fastest-growing digital banks.

This is not a shadowing role — you’ll work on live campaigns, real products, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Work On

Depending on your selected track, you may:

• Support integrated marketing campaign execution


• Assist in campaign briefs, trackers, and post-campaign reports


• Conduct customer and competitor research


• Support go-to-market initiatives for new products and features


• Assist in messaging and value proposition development


• Prepare presentations, decks, and marketing materials


• Coordinate with Product, Strategy, Creative, and Operations teams
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Students pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields


• Open to voluntary or school-required internship


• Strong communication and analytical skills


• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment
