Operations Intern

Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of

livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.

The Operations Intern, will be assisting from processing and analyzing data, generating insights, to executing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with the Rewards and Retention Team and help shape biker rewards strategy
• Create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations via monetary and non-monetary rewards to improve operations.
• Create a biker reward strategy roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
• Present analysis and recommendations, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic executions.
• Develop dashboard designs for creation of data team
• Creation of biker incentives that fits the overall direction of the business
• Implement improvements on the Incentives and rewards structure of the Operations Team
• Suggest and implement automations to eliminate or reduce manual data entry and extraction of the team

• Undergraduate (3 rd or 4 th year students) of any 4-year course preferably in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Knowledge in Data Analytics, Excellent communication skill (written and oral),
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, and problem-solving.
