YOUR ROLE 

As an OSAT intern, you embark on an exciting three-month journey, diving into the dynamic world of software testing. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. From the outset, you are immersed in the process of OSAT Quality management, where you collaborate with experienced professionals to craft detailed manufacturing controls and problem solving. This foundational work sets the stage for your active participation in OSAT Quality execution.

Your keen attention to detail is crucial as you transition to the actual interface with OSATs. Here, you meticulously review Quality issues and other technical matters and document them accordingly. Collaboration is at the heart of your internship experience, as you work closely with GOBM, Division and OSATs to understand the issues and participate in the formulation of effective solutions.

Throughout your internship, you play a key role in maintaining thorough Quality documentation, including CI, ICC, MRB, LYR cases. Your journey is not just about identifying issues; it's about providing constructive feedback and solution on the manufacturing processes and suggesting improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This hands-on experience equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of OSAT Management.

Job Functions:

• Interfaces with ST Divisions and OSAT to ensure timely response on quality issues and inquiries from all GOBM stakeholders.
  Helps in driving quality improvement in OSAT.
  Collaborates with GOBM Quality and Technical responsible for OSAT issue resolution (CI, ICC, MRB and LYR).
  Supports coordination of documents needing alignment between OSAT and Division responsible.


• Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on the Quality process and suggest improvements.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• About to graduate any Engineering courses except Civil Engg


• No work experience needed


• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)


• Basic English business proficiency
